Planning your family's future is often a daunting and intimidating task. In addition to being an attorney, the founder of Drukker Law is also a mom, and as such believes that she is particularly sensitive to the needs, concerns, and constraints of families. At Drukker Law, we look forward to exploring how we might assist you with planning your estate.
The following are the terms and conditions relating to the Plan A Day Out website ad:
- Our initial consultation will be at no cost to you. The initial consultation may be conducted by meeting or conference call.
- At Drukker Law, we understand hiring an attorney is a very personal choice. We will not be the right attorneys for everyone -- and not every client will be the right client for us. It may take the initial consultation for each of us to make this determination. Please note we will not have an attorney-client relationship until we execute a written fee agreement.
- If the both of us decide that we would like to execute a fee agreement, by mentioning Plan A Day Out, you will receive a single $200.00 discount off of our un-discounted rates for a full estate plan, or a single $50.00 discount off of our un-discounted rates for another service. Either discount is limited to a one-time use per client and cannot be combined with any other offers outside of this ad. Each client can use both the $200.00 discount for a full estate plan and the $50.00 discount on another service.
- A full estate plan includes, at a minimum, a revocable trust, a pour-over will, a durable power of attorney for financial matters, an advance health care directive, and an authorization for use and disclosure of protected health information ("PHI"). If you are a married couple, the full estate plan also includes pour-over wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and authorizations for use and disclosure of PHI for both spouses.
- Other services include:
- If the client selects some but not all of the estate planning documents described above (e.g., if you would only like a will or a durable power of attorney for financial matters, an advance health care directive, and an authorization for use and disclosure of PHI).
- Other services described in the Practice Areas section of the Drukker Law website.
